recipe for the dough

  • makes 8
  • (2 cups)250g strong white flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • (just less than 1/4 cup) 40g caster sugar
  • 1 sachet of active dried yeast
  • 1 egg
  • 45ml tepid water
  • 65ml milk
  • half a block of butter (250g block)
recipe for filling
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 3 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 tsp icing sugar
