Berry bundt cake glazed with lemon icing

Cake Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 1 3/4 cups granulated sugar
  • zest of 1 lemon
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup kefir (or buttermilk)
  • 3 cups mixed berries (I used 1 cup raspberry, 1 cup blackberry, 1 cup blueberry)
  • 2 tablespoons all purpose flour

Glaze Ingredients:

  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, softened
